F J Wass HVAC Service was established in August of 1992. With his tools and a truck Francis worked alone to build his company. In 1996 he hired his first employee and in 1998 incorporated the name Balanced Climate and the blue & red Yin Yang, to represent the perfect balance of temperature. The company has always focused on custom installation and quality service. As a small boutique company, this will always be their goal.

After being courted for 15 years by the Middlesex County Vocational & Technical High School East Brunswick, Mr Wass accepted the position of HVAC/R Instructor. He is currently in his sixth year training the next generation of HVAC Professionals. He has even hired a few of his best students.
