This unique historic home at the Jersey Shore, on the banks of Deal Lake had never enjoyed the comfort of central air conditioning. The home owner was extremely concerned that the integrity of the home might suffer (including the 1920s Speak Easy still intact in the basement) if a less than perfect company were to try and install a central AC system. While we were installing a Unico High Velocity AC system in their neighbors 1865 Farm House we were introduced. The home owner stated, that after 20 years of searching, she had finally found a company she was comfortable with to work in her home. Just like her neighbor, we also installed a Unico High Velocity system and she chose to use the linear style diffusers to better accent the already Wright-esk style of the home. When completed, she couldn't be any happier.
